Change Folder Views On The Mac Using Your Keyboard

Mac: Changing folder views is easy with the mouse, but it’s easier with your keyboard. Press Cmd+1 to switch a Finder window to icon view, then Cmd+2 to go to list view. Cmd+3 puts you in column view, and Cmd+4 puts the folder into “Cover Flow” view. It’s worth noting that this shortcut only works in Finder windows, and they have to have focus for it to work. With this shortcut, you’ll never have to click to go from column view to list view again.
