Versatile And Organised: A Standing Workspace On A Budget

Reader Matthew King decided to put together a variation of this this standing desk IKEA hack to try out a standing desk on a budget, turning out a practical workspace in his loft without breaking the bank. The loft space leaves room for other desks too, so standing isn’t the only option. The two large monitors high up on the standing desk make it look like a mission control centre, and the adjustable IKEA legs make it possible to change the height of the desk if desired. It also looks as though all the cables are nicely managed and hidden within the wall mounting brackets, making really good use of them. Overall the space is very organised, creating a simple and attractive workspace with plenty of options.
