Default results for Google Search have been updated to show users more images up front when it appears that they're actually looking for images. If a user types "pictures of monkeys", "monkey photos", "monkey imagery" or something similar, a grid-layout block of Google Images results for monkeys will take the entire top section of the search results. I have somewhere around 70 tabs open on my computer right now, give or take a few. I treat Chrome tabs like temporary bookmarks. For instance, a few of my open tabs are for stories I want to read later, and a few others are for SF Beer Week events I’m currently in the midst of planning for. It’s not the most efficient way to work, but it’s the way I’ve chosen. Unfortunately, it’s also a way that sucks a ton of power.
