Chrome Canary Now Syncing Hand-Typed URLs

Chrome Sync is already pretty full-featured, but one of the few things that’s been missing is its ability to sync URLs that users manually type into the Omnibar. Chrome Canary users can now activate that feature, by heading to their about:flags page and enabling it, then checking the box for “Typed URLs” in the Preference page’s Sync settings.

If you’re using one of the slightly more stable versions of Chrome and suddenly feel tempted to use Canary, check out our comparison of the different channels to know what you can expect.
