Android: Libra is a fast, free weight-tracking app that charts a user's daily weight. It provides statistics, time-to-goal estimates, BMI, and the option to sync data with both DailyBurn and Withings.
Truly full-featured weight-tracking apps are a bit hard to come by on Android, but Libra packs quite a bit of functionality into a lightweight app. First and foremost, the UI is very clean — which makes a huge difference when dealing with charted figures. Along with the in-app interface, it also has a widget that gives quick access to your latest numbers.
Entering your daily weight is extremely fast, and the database is just as easily accessible. It can automatically backup the database on a weekly basis, and every entry can be edited or deleted at any time. As you add more entries to the database, Libra automatically charts your progress and estimates a trend, along with the amount of time it'll take for you to reach your stated weight-goal. It also computes your BMI and includes your current index-bracket in the chart.
Users who have accounts online with either DailyBurn or Withings can add their login credentials and have the app sync with those accounts. Syncing isn't the only way to get the information elsewhere, though, as the app can also export its database as an Excel file, or share the chart through installed social apps (like Twitter, Facebook, Gmail and others).
Libra is a free app for devices running Android 1.5 or higher, and is available in the Android Market.
