    • It sits in the inbox in a draft state for the appointed undo time, then either disappears (if you’ve sent and archived) or changes from the draft state. The undo link is still active at the top straight after you send the email.

  • Cool article Whitson. I recently moved to Gmail from Outlook, after many years casually using Gmail. It is a long time since I’d been in the labs. I love it for the little things, like putting my signature below where I type when replying and forwarding, instead of below the original message; and the undo send function (which I had set up in Outlook using a rule).
