The Current Crop Of Tablets (Fairly) Compared: The iPad 2, Xoom, Galaxy Tab

We recently posted a comparison between the latest tablets, but many of you noted that it was a tad unfair excluding the imminent iPad 2. Now that it’s out, Droid Life has crafted a new chart for your viewing pleasure.

It isn’t quite as detailed as Skatter Tech’s original chart, but it should give you a pretty good comparison between the most popular tablets out today, as far as hardware is concerned. Of course, if you’re loyal to iOS, this chart probably doesn’t have much meaning to you — Android fans deciding between a Xoom and a Galaxy Tab, however (and general gadget geeks deciding between the Xoom, Galaxy Tab and iPad 2) will find this pretty helpful in deciding which has the hardware features they need. Click the image to the left to see the full chart, and hit the link to read more. If you have a preference within the newest crop of tablets, share with us which one is your favourite and why in the comments.
