FaceTime Available For Mac For $1.19

Apple has released a 1.0 of their FaceTime for Mac app in the Mac App Store today, and while there’s now support for the MacBook Pro’s HD cameras, the most notable new thing is the $1.19 price, although the iOS version remains free.

We compared FaceTime and (still free) Skype and found not much reason to use one over the other, though it might depend mostly on which platform your contacts are using. Are you springing a McDonald’s coffee price for FaceTime on Mac? Oz ed note: Obviously, not a McCafe price . . .
