Double-Click Apps In iTunes To Show Their Location On Your iOS Home Screen

If you’re one of those folks that downloads a ton of apps (and uses a lot of folders), sometimes your home screen can become a mess and you can misplace an app. Here’s a simple way to find an app you’ve lost.

This was a tip we didn’t know about, but thought was pretty cool: you can actually find out on what home screen and in what folder an app resides in iTunes. When you have your iDevice hooked up, just open up the Apps tab in iTunes and double-click on an app to reveal its location. It’s much faster than searching it out manually on your device, and can save you a lot of time when you’re organising your home screens.
