Better Grooveshark Adds Lyrics, Ad Removal To The Web-Based Music Service

Firefox/Chrome/Opera/Safari: Our favourite music streaming service Grooveshark has been running better than ever since it updated to a Flash-free interface, and now you can further improve your experience with this user script.

Grooveshark’s new interface is pretty sweet, but the Better Grooveshark user script adds some really nice extra features to the online music player. Not only can you view lyrics for a currently playing song in a new sidebar, but it even blocks ads and adds a crossfader. It also adds the title of the currently playing song to your browser’s titlebar, which is handy if you don’t feel like switching tabs just to see what’s playing. If you’re a frequenter of Grooveshark for your daily music fix, this is a must-have script.

Better Grooveshark works in Firefox with Greasemonkey, Chrome, Opera, and Safari with Greasekit.
