Just like the ever-popular MacHeist bundles, MacPromo has just released a bundle of 10 productivity apps for the heavily discounted price of $US50, including the very popular PathFinder Finder replacement.
The proceeds don't go to charity or anything, but it is a pretty good deal as long as you can find two applications on the list that you want. The coolest of the bunch is definitely the powered-up file explorer PathFinder, which on its own is already a $US40 app and worth having on any Mac. If any other app on the list seems useful to you and your workflow, you've already got yourself a bargain.
Keep in mind, of course, that these types of bundles tend to draw you in with remarkably huge discounts, and while you'll be saving a lot of money, they often contain applications you'd never buy and won't use when you get them. The key here is not to fall into this trap and buy it on impulse — take some time to think about it (you've got until December 31), and take advantage of it if you can actually find two or more apps that you'll use. Other apps on the list include text expansion utility TypeIt4Me, organisational dock DragThing, keyboard macro creator Keyboard Maestro, and previously mentioned torrent and download manager Folx.
