Crazy John’s Updates Cap And Prepaid Plans

Vodafone reseller Crazy John’s has updated its cap deals, with cheaper rates across some prepaid and postpaid services.

The most notable new postpaid option is the $49 SIM only plan, available on a 12 month contract. That includes unlimited national calls and text, as well as 2GB of data and free calls to other 3 and Vodafone network customers. The site doesn’t make it entirely clear that it’s an all-you-can-eat cap, but in fact it is, and a potentially good deal if your local Vodafone coverage is OK.

For new prepaid customers, Crazy John’s is charging 10 cents per minute for mobile calls with a 10 cent flagall, while text messages cost 1 cent each and data is 3 cents per megabyte. That makes it arguably cheaper for data and calls than the recently launched plans from Amaysim, though there’s no direct equivalent to Amaysim’s 1GB for a month for $9.95 deal.
