Ebooks have many great qualities, but charm isn't one of them. If you'd like to print out some of your favourite ebooks, DIY blog Curbly has a guide on how to easily print, bind and personalise them with your own beaded bookmark.
Obviously, this isn't the only way to print and bind a book, but it is a very simple method that creates a pretty finished product. All you need are some pieces of card stock, some string or pearl cotton, a few beads, and some tools like a ruler, nail, and (believe it or not) a Dremel or drill. You'll essentially be binding the book together by weaving the string through drilled holes 1/4" apart on the book's spine (so you'll probably want a sewing needle too). The beads are just for fun, and create a pretty bookmark out of the excess string. Hit the link for the full instructions.
