When you've got a problem, chances are you go online to search for the answers. Google has just made two useful alterations to its results output, highlighting Australian phone numbers for people who go searching for poisons information or whose searches indicate suicidal tendencies.
Searches involving poisons-related terms now produce a visible link to the Poisons Information Centre helpline. In a similar fashion, searches which relate to suicide will prominently display the phone number for Lifeline.
