Integrating your workspace into your living space, especially when you’re living in a small apartment, is a challenge. Creating a workspace that blends in and creates a sense of spaciousness in a tiny nook is an outright art form.
Today’s featured workspace is that of Philadelphia student Mike Tyson. His compact and well-appointed apartment houses a workspace tucked beneath a loft bed. That alone wouldn’t be enough to catch our attention but Mike’s workspace under the bed features traditional walls with an old window that gives his workspace a sense of being a room-within-a-room instead of just a desk jammed under a loft bed. Check out the photo below in the greater context of the room.
Visit the link below to see a full tour of his apartment including some of the clever furniture and layout decisions he made to give his cat Sadie creative ways to sneak about as well as an extensive list of gear, furniture, and other products he used in the process of decorating his apartment and workspace.
