User babblin5 from DIY site Instructables posts a guide for creating a mini USB-powered fridge out of a salvaged 12-volt camper cooler. After extracting the guts of the powered cooler he picked up at a discount store, babblin5 solders an USB cord to the cooling unit for power, builds a mini-fridge framework to house the cooling unit and puts it all together in one impressive — and sure, a little silly — mini USB fridge.
