Firefox will likely never get its own browser into the iPhone App Store, but they're planning to offer the next best thing. Firefox Home, an app Firefox maker Mozilla said it needs to "polish off" and submit to the App Store, will give Firefox users with Sync (formerly "Weave") enabled access to their bookmarks, browsing history and the tabs they last had open on their full Firefox browser.
In other words, you'll be able to find the address of the store you were just looking at online and show your friends that neat site you just bookmarked. It's planned to work the way Firefox's AwesomeBar works, dropping down relevant results as you type. What good uses could you see for synced-up Firefox and iPhone browsing?
