At the end of a stressful day, you would normally find me sitting in a local restaurant eating something big and greasy, which goes against my New Years resolution. To help combat this I set Google Calendar to SMS me twice, 10 minutes before and after work ended. I change the SMS message weekly, but they often centre around not letting the stress that others cause me rule how I eat, or cause me to be unhealthy. It was an instant help.
