In the following video one of their dealers demonstrates the riffle shuffle. At first glance it doesn’t appear—finesse aside—to be that different from the normal riffle shuffle that most people learned when they are young. What’s notable about this technique, by comparison to the riffle shuffle we’re all used to, is how quick and understated it is. You’re not severely bending the cards, you’re barely even lifting them off the table.
