Not ending up in court is obviously a sensible idea, but if you do, you’ll be spending a fortune on lawyers and hopelessly confused anyway. The NSW State Library recently launched electronic editions of three useful (and current) law guides to help you out if you’re heading to court, or if you just want to make a will.
The three titles — Defend Yourself: Facing a Charge in Court, Guilty Your Honour: Representing yourself in New South Wales Local Courts when charged with drink driving and Guide to Wills and Estates — have been rendered as HTML, which means you can’t easily download or print them but they’re easily accessible from any device. The guides are NSW-specific, so readers in other states should exercise due caution.
