We've heard that Nokia's 6710 Navigator helps you drive places without getting revved up. But that doesn't mean that the navigation help ends when the engine stops. The 6710 Nav also offers walk navigation so you can find your way along laneways, paths or parks when you're out of the car and on two feet.
As well as instant access to maps, turn-by-turn drive and walk navigation, the 6710 Nav lets you search for restaurants, bars, music venues, shopping destinations, transport, ATMs and more with the inclusive online City Guides provided by Lonely Planet and WCities.
“The Nokia 6710 Navigator will soon render the age-old map reading obsolete,” said Gill Hollister, Nokia’s product and technology manager, Australia and New Zealand. “The ability to navigate via a mobile, which you already carry around with you, has obvious advantages."
Yes, it certainly does.
The Nokia 6710 Navigator was made widely available at the beginning of October through Optus, and coming soon to Vodafone, Hutchison 3 and selected retailers for a RRP of $629.
