Moderate Alcohol Consumption Might Not Actually Be "Healthy"

Remember pretty much every health study in the news over the last few years? The kind that suggested one or two drinks per day (for women and men, respectively) would help you live longer?

The New York Times finds concerned voices saying that one doesn't necessarily lead to the other—or, put simply, "moderate drinking is just something healthy people tend to do, not something that makes people healthy". Worth the read, and worth remembering when you see yet another front-page take on this topic in a few months.
