Mykea Offers Custom Skins To Personalise Your IKEA Furniture

As great as the cheap and modular furniture from IKEA is, it’s a bit lacking in personality. Mykea offers custom skins that personalise your bland IKEA furniture to spice up your office and living space.

IKEA furniture is great when you need a lot coordinating furniture on the cheap. It’s uniform, it’s often modular, and you can populate your apartment pronto. What about when it comes time to upgrade and jazz things up a bit? Rather than throw out all your old IKEA furniture, update it with skins from Mykea.

It’s not as cheap as our usual DIY free-as-in-beer or found-at-the-Two-Dollar-Shop parts, but for anywhere from $30-100 (dependent on the size of the piece) you can get vibrant colour skins to completely change the look of your IKEA pieces. You can use their designs or totally customise it with your own photos. Check out the different skins at the link below or, if you’ve got DIY or design experience to share, sound off in the comments with ways to achieve the same end at a fraction of the price.
