Well, either that or the How To Learn (Almost) Anything course. Should be a universal prerequisite, right?

I believe MIT offers the same thing but in many other fields.

I love how so many colleges are providing all of this information for free. It helps people like me who only want to learn on the side for personal reasons.

These are great programs when you start looking for a new job. You can take a refresher in the skills you've never actually been required to use in your job. I may do a lot of data analysis all day, but it's always in a narrow short hand that works just fine. But if I go to an interview I better be able to talk about stochastics and optimisation, and correlation.
Even if I'm not any more likely to have to use these concepts/techniques in the new job, but you have to show you actually know them. This is a great way to do it AND to learn the new jargon.

I had my hopes up, i thought there were more classes. Most of them are computer related classes that i really don't care about.

Yale university offers many of courses online too, however they are not only on engineering. See here [oyc.yale.edu] for the courses.
