Nice-looking interface.
Now for some testing. I want to see how it compares to FotoFlexer.

I'm impressed. This is what DrPic is to Picnik or Photoshop Express what Paint.net is to Photoshop CSX. You can get open your image, make your edit and get on with your life in less time that it takes the Flash sites to finish their "Loading" progress bars.

Only thing it's missing, unless I'm just being an idiot and missing it, is magnification. Nice to be able to zoom in and make minute changes to a picture. But other than that, this is just another example of an awesome, free and totally online alternative to something you used to have to pay for.

to be fair, JAVA is just as much a heavy plug-in as the others.

While this is pretty neat - anyone who has tried the built-in Photobucket picture editor would agree that it has a billion more features and the ease of being merged with your photobucket account.

@thinkalive: Javascript is not the same as Java: [www.htmlgoodies.com]
On Topic: This is useful if I can remember it. I still prefer to do my quick image edits using IrfanView or MS Paint. It helps that the URL is short though. :)

Sorry, but I'm not impressed. I think I'd rather have a well-written flash app than a JavaScript app that just barely cuts it. Don't get me wrong, I'm all for free sites like this but I think this is a toy compared to Picnic - slower too. For the majority of my photos I use Picasa, which IMO is the most powerful and elegant solution out there right now. (unless you're on a Mac)
