Google Docs Template Gallery Launches

Google Docs now offers a gallery of spreadsheet, presentation, and document templates for use in your work. Whether you're designing a resume, invoice, calendar, or slideshow, there are a few templates here to get you started. Template categories include Business, Calculators, Calendars & Schedules, Cards & Certificates, Letters, Presentation Designs, and more. You can also sort them by how many users each has and user ratings. To use a template in your Google Doc, from the New menu drop-down, choose "From template..."

The classic questions when Google release something new:
1. Why am I not seeing this in my standard Google account yet?
2. Why am I not seeing this in my GAFYD account yet?
Answers:
1. Make sure US English is enabled in your language settings. Still not there? Then wait. It will come.
2. Features roll out for GAFYD later than vanilla Google accounts. That's probably due to stability and such. But not to worry, the feature will come. Just wait. Complaining won't help you a lot.
In short:
Wait it out. The new feature will come to your account in due time.

Creating simple documents and collaborating couldn't be any easier.
Google continues to pile useful features onto a powerful platform. Maybe soon printing will become easier?

Yet another reason to love Google. I already use Google Docs exclusively, this just makes it that much more pleasant. Woohoo!!
