Get Your Party On with the Emergency Party Button
You're a busy person, with a button-up career gig that takes up most of your waking hours. So when you clock out, you don't have time to put in all the work to get into party mode. What you need is a button—a party button—to take you from straight-laced to party in a matter of seconds. The emergency party button, activated by turning a key and pressing a big red button, does exactly that. After dimming the overhead lights, the party button turns on the party lights, turns up the music, and fires up the fog machine. Hit the jump for a video of the party button in action.

I like how it has a key so you can't activate it accidentally -- but it's only a vending machine key, so you can pick it if you lose the original.

This kind of reminds me of that episode of Family Guy where Lois goes over to Quagmire's and he pushes the button on the wall and the bar spins around the book case and the record player comes out playing the cheesy hookup music.

Whoever made this is a real die hard :)
Personally, I would prefer a less... automated party.
But good post nonetheless--- it shows just what you can do when you have... nothing to do :)

This is hilarious, but its main function is to preserve your virginity, not start a party.
Besides, your mom is going to be pretty upset when people start pounding on the basement door.

Excellent, but the shut down sequence should be more immediate for REAL EMERGENCIES when the parents pull up onto the drive way. Need a way to exhaust all the fans and smells of alcohol too...

This makes me want to make a self destruct button for the sound booth at my school that will flash a red light next to the soundboard. That'd be priceless watching an ignorant freshman push the button during Chapel!
