View and Edit iPhone Notes in Your Browser with RemoteNote
iPhone/iPod touch only: The lamest omission in the whole of iPhone development is the lack of sync for Notes. Let's be honest—the iPhone keyboard is nice, but you don't want to have to use it for all your notes. That's where RemoteNote comes in, a donationware iPhone application available through Installer.app. Whenever you run it, you can view, edit, create, delete, back up, and even print your notes through your web browser. Similar shareware tools have been available, but RemoteNote is the first no-cost option I've seen. RemoteNote works with both the iPhone and iPod touch, requires installation of the Jiggy Runtime (also from Installer) and a jailbroken iPhone. Thanks Lee!

Best iphone notes tool I have found (best this one) is to store e-mail drafts in my gmail account - I just fill in the address with my live.com address (just in case I accidentally send it) and use the subject of my note as the subject for the e-mail.
The result is notes I can access and edit from anywhere.

This works pretty well. All you have to do is install the app, type in a username, password, and hit return.
Then on your PC, go to the url they specify (it's your iPhone's ip address + port) and there's a nice flash interface for editing your notes (those currently on your iPhone and new ones which appear on your iPhone after you save them).

I'm not sure how this works but I think you need to register on remotenote.com (hasn't loaded for me since yesterday) and then upload notes to that site so they're visible on your iPod? Someone correct me if I'm wrong please.

I'm not sure if I would use it on a public hotspot anyways though.

@Wiliam Hook: It requires a User/Password to login.

Does it run a basic web server on the iPhone or something? If so, wouldn't it be open to anyone on a WiFi network, which poses a bit of a risk on public hotspots....right?
