Happy thanksgiving as well! Hot tip: Skip the turkey and have a capon if you're only having a few guests. It's got more meat than a small turkey (A small turkey has a lot of bone and not too much white meat) and it's moister and tastier than chicken or turkey. I did that today, and my mom and sister are amazed by what I prepared.
