The How-To Geek blog highlights a feature in Outlook 2007 that's tucked away but can eliminate the hassle of having to forward email replies to bosses or interested parties later. The tweak:
- Compose a new message, click the "Options" tab and choose "Direct Replies To."
- Check the box for "Have Replies sent to."
- Add additional reply-to addresses, separating with semi-colons and remembering to keep yourself in the list. Hit "Close."

This one was in Office 2003 as well, and maybe in 2000. My favorite delivery option is 'do not deliver before,' which helps give the impression that I'm slaving away at 6:00 a.m.

@PURKINJE: Excellent creative sneakiness. Will consider that tactic.
Also, self-made distribution lists can be dropped as attachments into Outlook emails. This helps others on a project remember whom to copy when they themselves originate a message.
