When we rounded up postpaid cap plans in Planhacker last week, Virgin Mobile’s Big Cap 29 plan was one of the more unusual inclusions. Virgin (itself an Optus subsidiary) is now offering the same plan to prepaid customers, and it’s potentially tempting if your main use for a phone plan is in making calls.
