Windows 7 only: New service Pokki wants to be an app store for Windows, complete with painless one-click installs and real-time notifications in the taskbar.
If you use Opera as your browser of choice on your mobile device, you can now use it to access the Opera Mobile Store, which customises itself to offer apps (paid and free) based on your phone OS and location. The system currently works for Android, BlackBerry, Symbian and Java-based OSes.
