Our last fitness challenge of 2018 is drawing to a close. Did you manage to keep up with your yoga practice during the holiday chaos?
Me, personally? No. I did a few gentle stretching workouts on days when I was resting from my regular (running and lifting) routine, so it wasn’t a total bust. I totally admire those of you who embraced the challenge and tried something new or managed to keep up a consistent routine.
Whatever you managed to do, it still counts. And there are still a few days left in the month, so see if you can get a yoga session in under the wire. Down Dog, Nike Training Club, or Yoga With Adriene can set you up with a last-minute yoga flow before the year is out.
