Dealhacker: Domestic Fares From $40 At TigerAir

Hey travellers, TigerAir are having a domestic sale blitz with fares starting as low as $40. If you’re looking to travel between May and September this year, then this sale may help you get you on your way for cheap.

Generally, I don’t have the foresight to book this far ahead – but you might! As part of TigerAir’s ‘Wake Up Here’ promotion, you can find some pretty decent domestic fares.

You can get up to the Gold Coast from Melbourne from as low as $60 and from Sydney for $45. Want to head down to South Australia? Those fares start as low as $46. Being on the other side of the country, flights to Perth will set you back a bit – but $110 one way is certainly not a bad price.

If you head over to TigerAir’s Deals page, you can book flights from most capital cities across the country starting as low as $40. Of course, this doesn’t include baggage or all the extras you might find on a more premium airline, but if you need to get away and save some dollars, this is a good way to do so.

Remember: Paying with a credit card will cost extra and fares are non-refundable.

Are Tiger that great to fly with? I spent a lot of time on budget airlines last year and Tiger certainly aren’t horrible. Space wise, they are a little cramped, but you get some decent room for a budget carrier.
