Chill Your Festive Beverages With Frozen Cranberries

Chill Your Festive Beverages With Frozen Cranberries

Cranberries are quite pretty but, unless you pickle them, they aren’t the tastiest garnish. Rather than let them skate by on looks alone, I make them pull their weight by performing double duty as a beverage chiller.

You can either skewer a few on some toothpicks before freezing, or simply pop a whole bunch in the freezer (wash and dry them first, if you like). Let them chill for a few hours, then add them to every cold beverage you enjoy this holiday season. They perk up mimosas, bring cheer to a G&T, and – since they won’t add any flavour to your beverage as they melt – they even work in straight spirits you wish to chill, but not dilute.
