In this video, Krista Stryker of 12 Minute Athlete shows you not just how to walk up a wall, but how to make the move more challenging by walking along the wall, from side to side, touching it with your toes for balance.

If you’re not quite ready for that, she also recommends some exercises to get you there, including shoulder touch planks: just tap each hand to the opposite shoulder while you’re in a plank position, to get yourself used to shifting your weight from hand to hand.
