Chrome: You can save any email as a PDF by printing it as such, but if you need to save emails to your hard drive quite often, this Chrome extension lets you PDF an email with one simple click.

Once you download the extension, you should see a “Save as PDF” button in your Gmail inbox. Simply hit that button from any open email, and it will download to your hard drive as a PDF file.
