Tripit for flights and hotel details, Flipboard for personal interest items, and Evernote so I don’t need to use paper anywhere.

Facebook for family, LinkedIn in for business networks.

What were the most important lessons you learned while growing your business?

Outstanding leadership scales across cultures and business functional areas.

What has been the most surprising part of your business journey?

Your adversity quotient is just as important as your emotional quotient.

What everyday thing are you better at than anyone else?

Spotting financial and data performance trends.

What’s your sleep routine like?

Fantastic most of the time. Thanks to Fitbit Blaze. I know a lot more about sleeping patterns and what constitutes great sleep.

What advice would you offer to other businesses on how to succeed?

Spend a lot more time explaining the why and how of your mission before you ever get down to the what this means to you.
