Replacing spinner wheels requires a mix of brute force and ingenuity. The video here takes the hacksaw approach, but some bags might call for more delicate measures, in which case you could possibly use a drill to push the rivet or screw out. You also need a couple of new wheels, which you need to measure to ensure a good fit. The bag’s manufacturer should be able to provide some measurements, but to check yourself simply use a measuring tape to measure the diameter of the wheel.
