Store Peanut Butter Upside Down To Keep Them Easy To Spread

We’ve mentioned before that storing nut butter on its side is one way to make it easier to spread and avoid it separating, but a simpler trick is to store it upside down to keep it from separating in the first place.

Just like you can do with cottage cheese, storing natural nut butter upside down means you spend less effort mixing it together when you want to use it.

The oil that usually separates to the top of the jar works it way through the nut butter, leaving you with a creamy, delicious spread. Just make sure you close the lid tightly or oil may leak out of the jar!
