If you enjoy a good cup of tea, but don’t like it too strong, this DIY gadget will make sure you never forget to take the tea bag out.
In this video, YouTuber Shake the Future shows you how to build a gadget that keeps your tea from steeping for too long. To build your own, you’ll need a ping pong ball, Paddle Pop sticks, some hardware and a rotating egg timer. Once it’s all put together, all you have to do is place a tea bag in your mug, attach the bag to the gizmo and set the timer.
When the timer goes off, it automatically pulls the tea bag out so your cup doesn’t get too strong. It works great and looks pretty neat on your desk.
