This Tasty, Two-Ingredient Dairy-Free Dip Is Great On Chips Or Veggies

No football-watching spread is complete without chips and a creamy dip, but those abstaining from dairy can sometimes get left out of the fun. To make a super flavorful, addicting dip that everyone can enjoy, you just need to grab some cashews.

Actually, you’ll need to grab some raw cashews (1/2 cup) and two chiles en adobo, but that’s it. Just whir it all together in a food processor with a couple of tablespoons of water until smooth, scoop it into a bowl, and serve with chips, vegetables, toasted pita wedges, or any other dip delivery system of your choosing. (Full disclosure: This dip is a little weird looking, but the flavour and texture are outstanding, so keep an open mind and don’t judge a dip by its cover or whatever.)
