Spot Ghosts With A Raspberry Pi-Powered Ghost Camera

Spot Ghosts With A Raspberry Pi-Powered Ghost Camera

Ghosts are annoying, so if you want to catch them this holiday season, DIYer TeCoEd has a guide for making a ghost hunting camera using a Raspberry Pi.

The Raspberry Pi-powered camera works on the idea that ghosts usually show up when it’s dark and there’s a sudden drop in temperature. So, the Pi monitors temperature, colour, and movement, then snaps pictures using the friendly PiNoir infrared camera module.

It’s a fun project for the holidays that also happens to be totally useful for just snapping nighttime shots of anything moving around your house. Head over to TeCoEd for more info.
