These 3-Ingredient Brownies Are Even Easier Than A Box Mix

I’m a fan of a box mix brownie. They’re easy to make, consistently good and have that shiny crust on top, but their place in my heart is in danger of being usurped by the three-ingredient beauties above, which feature my BFF Nutella.

The video above will walk you through the super simple process, but all you’ll need is 400g (about a cup and 1/3) of Nutella, 60g (1/4 cup) of self-raising flour and two large eggs. Mix it all together, pour into a prepared pan and bake at 180C until the surface looks crisp and shiny (about 25 minutes). Cut into squares or just eat directly from the pan.
