Google’s popular email service Gmail is currently experiencing a widespread outage. The problem seems to be isolated to Google for Work Gmail users. The service has been restored for some users but there is still no estimated time as to when the problem will be fixed. Read on to find out more.
At 1.16am this morning, Google reported that it was investigating an issue with Gmail that prevented users from accessing the service.

It seems the problem only affects Google for Work Gmail users and messages sent to those accounts may be delayed. The company found the root cause of the issue and has been trying to fix it but so far only some users have had their services restored.
As of 8.20am this morning, there is still no estimated time as to when the issue will be resolved. Stay tuned for more updates.
