We’ve seen chair-based workouts before, but those just have you sit and step on a stationary chair. Trainer Kaisa Keranen amps up this idea with a quick workout that takes advantage of the best part of your office chair: the wheels.
Kaisa starts with knee tucks, which you normally might do with your feet on an exercise ball. Here, her feet are on the wheeled chair. Then she does a set of moves while standing, swinging her leg over the chair back and finishing in a lunge. After that come jump squats, then a plank-style roll out. She finishes the workout with split squats — sort of a lunge with her back foot on the wheeled chair.
All of these moves are easy to do on a wheeled chair in an office and don’t require any setup besides clearing a little space — so try a few to perk yourself up if you’re in an after-lunch slump.

I feel like if I tried this our WHS officer would have a heart attack.
Yeah same.
All it takes is that chair to roll the wrong way and knock something or someone.
