Windows 10 IoT Core For The Raspberry Pi Is Now Easier To Set Up, Adds Remote Client Access

Windows: Windows 10 on the Raspberry Pi is a great way to create your own internet connected devices, and today Microsoft pushed out an update that makes the set up process a bit easier.

Windows 10 IoT Core is not a full version of Windows, so don’t expect to run a full version of Windows here. Instead it’s simply a development platform for making your own electronics devices. The update makes that process a lot easier. For one, it’s now fully compatible with the Raspberry Pi 3. It’s also much easier to install, adds in store integration and features a new Remote Client so you can control your device from your desktop or phone. There’s some other new stuff here, and all of it seems primed to make the user experience a bit smoother. Head over to their update post below for a full list.
