If you’re looking for a good real-time Pokemon GO map to replace the now defunct PokeVision, travel deals web site Skiplagged has just the ticket.
Skiplagged normally deals in cheap airfare and hotel rooms, but now they have joined in the Pokemon GO phenomenon with a tool of their own. The tool acts similarly to PokeVision, showing you the real-time locations of Pokemon in your area, and telling you how long they will be around before they disappear. You can also filter by name, or rarity if you’re only after the most prized Pokemon. Keep in mind, you can only use the tool in a browser, and it’s unclear where the data is coming from. So, like PokeVision before it, it may not be around for very long. Enjoy it while it lasts. And if you’re looking for a tool that won’t stop working, Poke Radar is in it for the long haul. For now, you can check out Skiplagged’s poke-map below.

Doesnt work very well in australia
There’s also http://www.pokewhere.com – a site that gets it data from aggregating crowd sourced sites like Skiplagged. Not the same thing as real-time tracking but it least it takes away the hassle of having to visit multiple crowd sourced sites.
