Use Leftover Pizza To Make A Savoury Bread Pudding

Use Leftover Pizza To Make A Savoury Bread Pudding

I know none of you have “ever heard of leftover pizza” but if you ever do find yourself with surplus of slices, you should definitely chop them up for a savoury bread pudding.

Just layer your diced pizza and any vegetables you may have lying around in a buttered dish, and pour a mixture of eggs and cream all over that mess. (I do about half a cup of cream for every egg.) Top with shredded parmesan, and bake at 375F (190C) until bubbly. If you still have any of this mythical “leftover pizza,” click the link below for even more tasty pizza repurposing ideas. (Or you could just eat it cold for breakfast, as is my custom.)
