The extension itself is pretty simple. Every time you open a tab, you get a new quote by someone like the Dalai Lama, Lao Tzu, Dale Carnegie and Tony Robbins — obviously some quotes more interesting and thoughtful than others. You’ll probably have to plug through some eyeroll-worthy ones to find something that will help you get motivated to push through the low points of the workday, but since you get a new quote with each tab, it’s as simple as closing and opening another, or ignoring it until you have a reason to open a new one.
